How do I get replacement parts or need repairs?

Please call your DME that helped you purchase the bed. They should help you with any problem you may have. If your DME is unable to help you, please contact Technical Support at 866-852-2337.

• Have the serial number or the purchase number from when it was purchased.
• If possible, call the Technician while you are with the bed.
